If your order is placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend, we will return your request on the following Monday.
Want to know more about how to prep the property for the shoot? Click on How to Prep for more information or download the information in an easy one page document to share with your clients: How to Prep PDF.
After Your Appointment:
After your appointment, the photos will be reviewed, edited and delivered to you via a zip file within 48 hours. The files may be delivered in alternative formats (i.e. CDs or DVDs) for an additional fee.
Day of Shoot Expectations:
We want the photos of your property to be the very best they can be. As such, this requires a bit of teamwork between you/your client and our photography team. LFI Photography will generally schedule 60 to 90 min per property and want to use the entirety of this time to ensure we take the best photos possible.
Need Assistance or a Preparation Guide?
Understand that while we would love to help you style/design your home, we unfortunately do not have the training or skill set required to do so. Therefore, we ask that you please have the property cleaned and ready for the photo shoot prior to our arrival to the property. In order to continue to provide top notch service to our clients, we need to maintain our appointment schedules and cannot spend any unnecessary time at a property waiting for it to be cleaned, primed/prepped, etc.
Please review the “How to Prep” page to find tips on how to effectively prepare the property for the real estate photography session. You may also download the information in a PDF document here: How to Prep PDF.
Please note that we are not responsible and WILL NOT partake in any of the following duties while photographing your client’s property:
We Do Not:
- Move or re-arrange furniture
- Make beds, clean, dust or de-clutter
- Pick up toys, pet or yard items
- “Photoshop” vehicles, walls, damaged walls, power lines, wall pictures, cords, etc. from the photos
- Touch personal bathroom supplies (i.e. shampoo, toothbrushes, deodorant, loofas, towels, clothes, etc.)
If you have any questions regarding the information above, please feel free reach out to us through our Contact Page.
